With a longstanding history of half a century in the industry, South Enterprises is an established luxury knitwear manufacturer based in Hong Kong.

We are a generational business and have built our knitwear production by focusing on three things: quality, service and partnerships.

Since then, we have worked with hundreds of local and global fashion brands and produced thousands of knitted sweaters, cardigans, accessories and more. We have developed unique new washes, textures, knitwear constructions and methodologies.

MANAGING DIRECTOR & GENERAL MANAGER

Having lived in North America and Hong Kong, and through his international education, Ivan represents a blend of Eastern and Western influences. His family has a longstanding history intertwined with the knitting industry, with both his grandfather and father serving as General Managers at South Enterprises. After graduating from Cambridge in 2009, Ivan joined the company and has accumulated extensive experience in knitwear and manufacturing over the past 14 years. Now, he strategically leads South Enterprises as a top knitwear partner for both global and local brands. His passion for innovation drives the development of new wash treatments, special knitting constructions, and advanced technical knits that set industry standards.

Committed to sustainability, Ivan actively collaborates with clients to enhance supply chain practices, ensuring their brands are protected while promoting eco-friendly initiatives. Andy Cheung

ASSISTANT GM & QC / QA DEPARTMENT HEAD

Andy began his knitwear career with his family’s garment manufacturing business in 1985, and has since then dedicated his career to knitwear manufacturing. He joined South Enterprises in 1996 as a manager and rose quickly to the the head of the QC/QA team.

With over 30 years of experience, Andy is responsible for overseeing the entire knitwear manufacturing process and conducting quality assurance and quality checks. His commitment ensures that every piece of knitwear meets industry standards and maintains high quality, playing a crucial role in protecting the brands of South Enterprises' customers.

Rebecca Tse

SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR

Rebecca graduated with a major in Fashion & Textiles and began her career at South Enterprises in 1983 through the QC Trainee Programme. She started her merchandising journey in 1987, gaining valuable international exposure in the knitwear industry that broadened her perspective and expertise.

With over 40 years of experience, Rebecca is known for her creativity and ability to provide practical solutions to client challenges. She is dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence and fostering strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met with innovative strategies.

Cathy Lo

SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR

Cathy has been a vital member of South Enterprises since 1994. Her passion for knitwear manufacturing stems from the infinite construction possibilities and diversity knitwear offers.

With over 30 years of merchandising experience, Cathy deeply understands client needs and consistently delivers creative solutions that help drive their success. Her expertise allows her to navigate the complexities of the industry, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and customized recommendations from South Enterprises.

YARN DEPARTMENT HEAD

Emily has been an integral part of South Enterprises since 1995, and has dedicated her entire career to the company. Passionate about fashion trends, she chose a career in this dynamic industry to stay at the forefront of knitwear innovation.

Known for her approachable personality, Emily builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse network of yarn suppliers. This enables her to offer clients a broad selection of high-quality yarn materials tailored to meet their specific needs.
